Terms
Last updated: 2026-11-02
This is a plain-English summary of our terms. The Danish version is the binding one. Handelsbetingelser
1. Who we are
Just Sauna is run by PELA ENTREPRISE ApS, Madam Anes Vej 8A, 3670 Veksø, CVR 28097239, heat@justsauna.dk. These terms cover memberships, SaunaGus sessions, single tickets, punch cards, gift cards, private and company events, special events and courses. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
2. Prices and payment
Prices for private guests are in Danish kroner including VAT. Business prices may exclude VAT when that's clearly stated. We take the payment methods shown at checkout, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. A booking is confirmed once payment is approved. If an obvious price error affects your purchase, you can cancel and get your money back.
3. Right of withdrawal
Memberships bought online have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you start using the membership within those 14 days, you pay for what you've used. Bookings for a specific date are generally not covered. Unused gift cards bought online can be returned within 14 days. Write to heat@justsauna.dk to withdraw.
4. Memberships
There are three memberships: PAUSE (295 kr a month), RETURN (795 kr a month) and CONNECT (1,195 kr a month). They differ in sessions per month, guest tickets, discounts and how late you can cancel a booking.
5. Sign-up fee
A one-off sign-up fee of 99 kr applies. It may apply again if you rejoin after cancelling.
6. Start and payment
Your membership renews automatically each month, and payment is taken in advance.
7. Cancelling a membership
There's no lock-in. Notice is the rest of the current payment period plus one month. Memberships can't usually be paused.
8. Booking and capacity
Members book through our booking system. A membership doesn't guarantee a particular time, place or gusmester, and bookings depend on available seats.
9. Unused sessions
Unused sessions don't carry over and can't be exchanged or paid out.
10. Guest tickets
Guest tickets work for regular sessions only, and you're normally expected to come along with your guest.
11. Private-event discount
RETURN and CONNECT members get 20 % off private SaunaGus events. It can't be combined with other offers.
12. Personal membership
A membership is personal and can't be shared. Misuse can lead to cancelled bookings or the membership ending.
13. Member cancellations and no-shows
Each membership has its own cancellation deadline. A late cancellation or no-show counts as used and costs 59 kr.
14. Single tickets and punch cards
You can cancel or move a booking up to 24 hours before. After that, or if you don't show up, the session is used.
15. Special events and courses
These are generally non-refundable, but you can pass your place to someone else if you tell us 24 hours before.
16. Private and company events
Cancel more than 72 hours before and you get 50 % back. After that there's no refund.
17. Punch cards
Punch cards are electronic and valid for 365 days.
18. Gift cards
Gift cards are electronic, valid for 365 days and can be passed on. In some cases they can be refunded for a stated fee.
19. Missed payments
If a payment fails, we may block new bookings until it's sorted. If it's still unpaid 14 days after a written reminder, we can end the membership.
20. Price and term changes
We tell members about changes individually. If you carry on after a change, you accept the new terms.
21. When we cancel
If we cancel a session, we refund or restore your booking. If both saunas are unavailable for more than seven days for reasons we control, members may get a proportional reduction.
22. Temporary closures
We may cancel sessions or close for maintenance, holidays, weather or official requirements.
23. Health and safety
You take part at your own risk. If you're pregnant or have a health condition, check with your doctor first. The minimum age is 15, and you can't take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
24. Swimwear, towels and arrival
Swimwear is required unless we say otherwise, and you bring your own towel. If you arrive late, we may not be able to let you in.
25. Belongings
We're not liable for your things unless we're at fault. We keep forgotten items for up to five days.
26. Liability
We're liable under Danish law for our own errors and negligence, but not for indirect losses unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Force majeure is excluded.
27. Complaints
Contact us first. You can then take a complaint to the Danish consumer complaints system.
28. Personal data
PELA ENTREPRISE ApS is the data controller. You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and you can complain to Datatilsynet. See our privacy page for details.
29. Changes to these terms
Single purchases follow the terms you accepted when you bought. Material changes to active memberships are announced individually in advance.
30. Law and courts
Danish law applies, and disputes go to the Danish courts, without limiting your rights as a consumer.
